B. Business Transactions Conducted by the Research Analyst

  • Publishing well-researched, accurate, and insightful reports after thorough analysis.
  • Offering objective, unbiased opinions and recommendations on various securities.
  • Disclosing any financial interest or conflicts of interest related to the securities being recommended.
  • Conducting research based on publicly available data and industry trends.
  • Performing annual audits to uphold the integrity, accuracy, and quality of our research and services.

C. Services Provided to Investors (Without Specific Timelines)

  • Assisting clients with the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
  • Distributing research reports and investment recommendations to clients in an impartial and transparent manner.
  • Ensuring that all research reports are kept confidential until publicly disclosed.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and Access

If an investor has any grievances or concerns, they should first approach the designated research analyst for resolution within 30 days.

If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, investors have the option to escalate the issue to SEBI through the SCORES portal, a centralized system for grievance redressal. SEBI will address the complaint and ensure it is resolved promptly. Investors can also send physical complaints to SEBI’s Office of Investor Assistance and Education at SEBI Bhavan, Mumbai.


E. Expectations from Investors (Responsibilities)

Do’s:

  • Ensure you are working with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.
  • Verify the Research Analyst’s SEBI registration details, including their certificate and registration number.
  • Consult the list of all SEBI-registered Research Analysts available on the SEBI website. (Link: SEBI – Recognized Research Analysts)
  • Review and consider all disclosures made in research reports before making any investment decisions.
  • Process all payments to Research Analysts via bank transactions and ensure you receive a signed receipt.
  • Verify any recommendations from the Research Analyst before acting on them.
  • Ask any questions or raise concerns you may have about the recommendations or reports.
  • Report any instances where Research Analysts guarantee or promise returns to SEBI.

Don’ts:

  • Do not send funds directly to the Research Analyst for investment purposes.
  • Avoid being influenced by aggressive advertising or rumors circulating in the market.
  • Stay cautious of offers that promise discounts or time-sensitive incentives from Research Analysts.
  • Never share your Trading Account or Demat Account login credentials with any Research Analyst.
